My beginnings were humble. Raised by a single mother in south Louisiana, I am a former student-athlete at a Division I institution where I went from a little known, under-recruited athlete to a 6-time conference champion and Hall of Fame track athlete. That journey, along with many others throughout my life, equipped me with the mindset and grit necessary to overcome obstacles and achieve my goals.

In my professional career I have the privilege of navigating and managing complex, multi-international business transactions and projects. I have led these endeavors and worked alongside senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies. I find it true that the greatest success comes when individuals are operating at optimal levels. Or, when we are the best versions of ourselves. I am passionate about helping you become just that.
